About the Practice
5Rhythms® is a dynamic movement meditation designed to free the body, open the heart, and quiet the mind. Created by Gabrielle Roth, this practice offers a map for self-discovery, healing, and transformation through five distinct rhythms: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. Movement becomes both medicine and metaphor—an expressive tool that transcends language, culture, and age to turn suffering into art, art into consciousness, and consciousness into action.
About the Teacher
Gina Espinosa is an actress, dancer, and accredited 5Rhythms® teacher. Fourteen years ago, she encountered Gabrielle Roth’s movement map and never looked back. Having studied and lived in NYC and London, she became a certified teacher in 2021. Gina creates a deep, intimate, and safe space for exploring movement, expression, and connection—both within oneself and in the collective.
