Bhavatu Sabba Mangalam.

May everyone be happy and blessed.

My teaching journey.

Since my 200-hour teacher-training in India in 2017, I have been on a vibrant journey sharing my love for yoga worldwide. In Spain, under the guidance of my mentor Priya Nath Camargo, I delved deeper into the intricacies of yoga anatomy and biomechanics, earning an additional 500-hour teacher-training certificate.

My journey then led me to Costa Rica, where I immersed myself in an equine yoga teacher program led by Terry Newton, discovering the profound connections that yoga can foster with horses.

Recognizing the importance of meditation, I attended the transformative 10-day silent Vipassana seminar twice, and engaged in numerous workshops with esteemed teachers from the United States and India, continuously enriching my practice.

After teaching yoga full time in Dubai for four years, I moved to Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, Costa Rica, where I teach yoga in retreats, yoga teacher-trainings, and public yoga studios.

If you can't join my in-person classes in Costa Rica,
I've created an ever-expanding online archive
that you can access any time, anywhere.

I'm also certified in prenatal and postnatal yoga and deeply passionate about guiding expectant mothers through their transformative journey. Through specialized practices tailored to their unique needs, I empower women to connect deeply with their bodies, their babies, and their inner strength.

My teaching philosophy is deeply intertwined with my personal practice.

I'm a firm believer in practicing what I preach—nothing makes its way into my classes unless I've experienced it firsthand.

I'm drawn to a diverse array of yoga styles, finding equal joy in guiding students through the fascinating details of hatha, the graceful flow of vinyasa, the discipline of traditional ashtanga, and the nurturing embrace of restorative practices. Just as I love to practice this variety, I love to share it with my students.

While meditation is a consistent presence in my life, I don't adhere to a rigid daily routine. Instead, I embrace the belief that every individual's yoga journey is unique and ever-evolving. I advocate for choosing the yoga tools that resonate most deeply with you in each moment, trusting your instincts to guide you. Whether it's through dynamic movement, serene stillness, or any practice in between, my aim is to empower you to find what feels right for your body, mind, and spirit.
