Hoy en día aparecen múltiples métodos inspirados en el cuerpo, y 5Ritmos® es la raíz.

Creada en los años 70 por Gabrielle Roth, esta práctica nació mucho antes de que palabras como somática, regulación del sistema nervioso o embodiment se pusieran de moda.

5Ritmos® ha influenciado y precedido muchas de las prácticas somáticas contemporáneas, no como teoría, sino como experiencia directa. El movimiento se vuelve medicina y metáfora a la vez: un lenguaje universal que atraviesa culturas, edades y cuerpos, diseñado para liberar el cuerpo, abrir el corazón y aquietar la mente.

Un mapa claro y profundo para el autodescubrimiento, la sanación y la transformación a través de cinco estados energéticos: Fluido, Staccato, Caos, Lírico y Quietud.

Aquí el movimiento no se explica: se vive.

No hay coreografía ni actuación.

No hay que “hacerlo bien”.

El cuerpo recuerda lo que la mente intenta entender.

Sobre la Facilitadora

Gina Espinosa es actriz, bailarina y profesora certificada de 5Ritmos®. Hace catorce años encontró el mapa de movimiento de Gabrielle Roth y desde entonces no ha dejado de explorarlo. Ha vivido y estudiado en Nueva York y Londres, certificándose como maestra en 2021. Gina crea espacios íntimos y seguros para conectar con el cuerpo, la expresión y la energía del grupo. Actualmente enseña regularmente en Barcelona, donde también ha desarrollado su metodología única de Danza-Teatro y formación en movimiento creativo.

About the Practice

Today, countless body based methods are emerging, and 5Rhythms® is the root.

Created in the 1970s by Gabrielle Roth, this practice was born long before terms like somatics, nervous system regulation, or embodiment became popular.

5Rhythms® has influenced and preceded many contemporary somatic practices, not as theory, but as direct experience. Movement becomes both medicine and metaphor: a universal language that crosses cultures, ages, and bodies, designed to liberate the body, open the heart, and quiet the mind.

A clear and profound map for self discovery, healing, and transformation through five energetic states: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness.

Here, movement is not explained: it is lived.

There is no choreography or performance.

There is no “doing it right.”

The body remembers what the mind is trying to understand.

Come feel the source.

About the Teacher

Gina Espinosa is an actress, dancer, and accredited 5Rhythms® teacher. Fourteen years ago, she encountered Gabrielle Roth’s movement map and never looked back. Having studied and lived in NYC and London, she became a certified teacher in 2021. Gina creates a deep, intimate, and safe space for exploring movement, expression, and connection—both within oneself and in the collective. She regularly teaches in Barcelona and has developed a unique approach blending dance, theater, and creative exploration.
