Considerada como una práctica sanadora para el cuerpo, el corazón, la mente, el alma y el espíritu, los 5Ritmos® conducen al descubrimiento personal y al despertar de quienes los practican. Los 5 Ritmos® son el fundamento del trabajo corporal y espiritual de Gabrielle Roth. Constituyen el mapa de un territorio que ha fascinado a mucha gente desde hace miles de años. Movimiento es medicina y metáfora al mismo tiempo, una herramienta que alcanza todos los lenguajes, todas las culturas y todos los grupos de edad para transformar el sufrimiento en arte, el arte en consciencia y la consciencia en acción.
✧ ABOUT THE PRACTICE ✧
Considered a healing practice for the body, heart, mind, and spirit, the 5Rhythms® lead to personal discovery and awakening for those who practice them. The 5 Rhythms® are the foundation of Gabrielle Roth's body and soul work. They constitute the map of a territory that has fascinated many people for thousands of years. Movement is medicine and metaphor at the same time, a tool that reaches all languages, all cultures and all age groups to transform suffering into art, art into consciousness and consciousness into action.
✧ SOBRE EL TALLER ✧
La vida entera es un acto creativo. Cada instante, cada respiración, cada movimiento de la naturaleza es obra de un artista mayor: la vida misma. Al abrir los ojos, todo lo que nos rodea lleva la huella de esa fuerza creadora. Tú no eres distinto: en tu cuerpo late un lenguaje único, tu voz, tu danza, tu alma en movimiento. Este taller te invita a despertar ese lenguaje creativo.
Gabrielle Roth nos recuerda:
“Poner el cuerpo en movimiento es abrir la puerta al alma”.
Y es en esa puerta donde nos encontraremos: cuerpo, corazón y mente en unión, recordando que no hay separación entre el arte de vivir y el arte de crear.
Viajaremos de la Inercia a la Imitación, de la Intención a la Imaginación, hasta llegar a la Inspiración. Una ola de exploración que nos reconecta con nuestro pulso esencial y con el vasto océano de posibilidades que nos rodea.
Julia Cameron escribe:
“La creatividad es la práctica de permitir que lo divino fluya a través de nosotros”.
En este fin de semana, nos abriremos a ese flujo. Iremos liberando bloqueos, dejando que el movimiento nos devuelva la confianza, que la escritura y el juego creativo nos recuerden la voz auténtica que habita en nuestro interior.
SOUL es un espacio para danzar tu danza única y expansiva, para volver al origen donde todo es posibilidad. Una exploración donde el cuerpo se convierte en pincel, la música en lienzo, y tu alma en la artista que siempre ha sido. Porque, como decía Gabrielle Roth:
“Entre la cabeza y los pies de cualquier persona hay un millón de danzas no contadas”.
Y este taller es la invitación a contarlas todas.
✧ ABOUT THE WORKSHOP ✧
Life itself is a creative act. Every moment, every breath, every movement of nature is the work of a great artist: life itself. When you open your eyes, everything around you carries the imprint of that creative force. You are no different: within your body beats a unique language, your voice, your dance, your soul in motion.
This workshop invites you to awaken that creative language.
Gabrielle Roth reminds us:
“Putting the body in motion is opening the door to the soul.”
And it is at that doorway where we will meet, body, heart, and mind in union, remembering that there is no separation between the art of living and the art of creating.
We will journey from Inertia to Imitation, from Intention to Imagination, until we arrive at Inspiration. A wave of exploration that reconnects us with our essential pulse and with the vast ocean of possibilities surrounding us.
Julia Cameron writes:
“Creativity is the practice of allowing the divine to flow through us.”
Throughout this weekend, we will open ourselves to that flow. We will release blockages, let movement restore our confidence, and allow writing and playful creativity to remind us of the authentic voice that lives within.
SOUL is a space to dance your unique and expansive dance, to return to the origin where everything is possible. An exploration where the body becomes the brush, the music the canvas, and your soul the artist it has always been.
Because, as Gabrielle Roth said:
“Between the head and the feet of any person there are a million unperformed dances.”
And this workshop is an invitation to dance them all.
✧ SOBRE LA MAESTRA ✧
Gina Espinosa, actriz, bailarina y profesora acreditada de 5Ritmos®. Hace 14 años el Mapa diseñado por Gabrielle Roth se cruzó en su camino y ya no pudo separarse de la práctica. Vivió y estudió en NYC y Londres y se graduó en 2021 cómo profesora. Le encanta profundizar y sostener un espacio íntimo y seguro para explorar el movimiento, la expresión y la conexión con uno mismo y con el grupo. Sostiene grupos regulares en Barcelona y desarrolló su metodología de Creación y Danza-Teatro e imparte cursos y formaciones en Barcelona. SOUL es el segundo taller de 5Ritmos en Costa Rica.
✧ ABOUT THE TEACHER ✧
Gina Espinosa is an actress, dancer and accredited 5Rhythms® teacher. 14 years ago, the Map designed by Gabrielle Roth crossed her path and she could no longer separate herself from it. She has lived and studied in NYC and London and graduated in 2021 as a teacher. She loves to dig deeper and hold an intimate and safe space to explore movement, expression and connection to oneself and the group. She holds regular groups in Barcelona and developed her Creation and Dance-Theatre methodology and teaches courses and training in Barcelona. SOUL is Gina's second workshop in Costa Rica.

Desde su amor por esta práctica, Enrica ha comenzado a invitar a maestras de todo el mundo para compartir su arte aquí en Costa Rica. Estos talleres suceden solo una vez al año, y cada encuentro es una ocasión verdaderamente especial. Traer docentes del extranjero implica desafíos económicos, pero la prioridad es mantener los talleres lo más accesibles posible. Si el dinero es el único obstáculo, por favor escríbeme: ofrezco planes de pago y descuentos por recomendación precisamente con este propósito. These workshops happen only once a year, each one a truly special chance to join. Bringing teachers from abroad involves financial challenges, yet Enrica's priority is always to keep the workshops as accessible as possible.
