LISTEN TO SILENCE




This class is an invitation to love, softness, and silence.


We begin with a luscious, free-form warm-up, fluid, intuitive motions paired with soothing self-massage to awaken the body with tenderness.


From there, we transition into a sequence of grounding leg and hip-focused asanas, cultivating strength, stability, and a deep sense of capability.


It's a low intensity class, accessible to anyone.


While I often recommend music, for this class I invite you to embrace the silence. Let your breath, your heartbeat, and the subtleties of your own movement become the soundtrack to your practice.
