but also great for seasoned practitioners who’ve fallen out of consistency and want to ease back in.


No need to follow a specific order: just press play and let the energy shift.


These sessions are designed to feel light and doable, not like another task on your to-do list.

It’s not about quantity, it’s about quality, presence, and consistency.
