THE SORCERESS - Yoga For Your Lutheal Phase.



This class is designed to support body, mind, and spirit during the luteal phase, helping you feel strong, centered, and emotionally balanced.


The luteal phase is the transition between the high energy of ovulation and the deep rest of menstruation. As estrogen declines and progesterone rises, we may feel more introspective, sensitive, and in need of grounding. This is a time to honor our intuition, set boundaries, and release what no longer serves us.


In this phase, we embody The Sorceress—a powerful archetype of wisdom, transformation, and deep inner knowing.She teaches us to trust our emotions, work with our cyclical nature, and channel our energy with intention. Rather than pushing through, we lean into our intuitive strength.


We begin with a short journaling practice to check in with emotions and set an intention for release during this phase. To further connect with our instincts, we engage our sense of smell by choosing essential oils that nourish and support us.


The movement portion of the class is a grounding flow focused on non-cardio strength and deep stretching to provide stability, invite easeful movement, and shift awareness from the mind into the body.


We then transition into Bumble Bee Breath (Bhramari)—a calming pranayama practice that soothes the nervous system and quiets mental noise.


Finally, we close with the most powerful part of this class: a guided Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) session to move through premenstrual emotions, release tension, and cultivate self-love.


This class is low intensity and open to all levels, offering a nurturing space to honor yourself exactly as you are. 💫
